Francesco Luigi Scotti was born in a small town in northern Italy in 1990 and grew up in a working-class family. Early exposure to diverse experiences and cultures shaped his visual sensibility and deep appreciation for human connection, observation, and storytelling.

After completing his studies in Fine Art and Social Reportage Photography at IED Torino, Francesco made the casual decision to relocate to Dubai in 2013, during a period of rapid urban and cultural transformation. This experience profoundly influenced his understanding of contemporary aesthetics and visual narratives.

Over the past 12 years, he has established himself as a fashion photographer working across the Arab Gulf—including the UAE, Qatar, and Oman—as well as in India, Sri Lanka, Milan, and Europe. These experiences have informed a distinctive visual language characterized by cross-cultural awareness, mobility, and long-term engagement with diverse environments and subjects.

Francesco’s practice spans editorial and commercial photography, consistently integrating aesthetic precision with narrative depth and a strong sense of identity. His work bridges fashion, art, and storytelling, producing images that are at once visually compelling, culturally resonant, and conceptually thoughtful.
